I know exactly where you're coming from.

In my own mind, even if I don't say it aloud to anyone, I get on my high horse about somone or something. Human nature I guess.

I've learned by life experiences, though, that carrying out actions based upon such negative thoughts can only rebound back on you.

If I do find myself doing that nowadays, though, after a few seconds I smile to myself, shake my head ruefully, and say to myself in my own mind to chill, or call myself a silly so-and-so to get het up like that in the first place.

It's our imperfections that help make us who we are. Recognising our imperfections, as well as others, help make us see what we can be and what we can achieve.

Sharon - I honor your commitment to "show up" especially when it was a difficult decision - you have given me some courage on this same matter of "being fully present" for the transformation to occur. Body-image is an issue of mine, as well - as is blogging..... Thank you, thank you, thank you for being brave and showing the way!

Congratulations, Sharon! I don't know how I got onto your email list, but I'm sure glad I did. You are an inspiration.

Thanks for stepping out and being YOU. As you suspected, your readers (well, this reader at least) can relate. And when we recognize our relation (we are One, aren't we?), we can walk through the transformation together holding hands.

As a brand new blogger myself, perhaps we can be blogging buddies?

Thank You, this was very good for me. I don't show up enough. I need to be part of this life and not just waiting for something to happen. Very heart felt and caring. Have a Happy Holiday.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS SHARON!

Love your holiday website and video. I am inspired, you did a great job on the video. I have not done one yet, little nervous. You are right about stepping out of our comfort zone, once we do, we will inspire and encourage others to do the same. We are here to share our gifts to the world and let our light shine for everyone to see.

Blessings & Success,
Linda Z.
